2. Description of Service

SciolyCoach provides AI-powered practice questions, study tools, and coaching for Science Olympiad preparation. Content is for educational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not share or redistribute question content outside the app
Do not attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the service
Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual Property

All original content, including AI-generated questions and explanations, is the property of SciolyCoach. Historical test questions may be subject to their original creators' copyrights.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium features require a subscription managed through Apple's App Store. Refunds are handled per Apple's refund policy. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

7. Disclaimer

SciolyCoach is a supplementary study tool. We do not guarantee specific competition results. Content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

SciolyCoach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
